KEY DUTIES

Assist the designated project/ manager to implement the project plans and schedules through the provision of administration, logistics and office support services.
Registration of voters and verification of EVR data.
Manage/work in a polling station for trade union or other elections.
Assess Polling Venues.

Provide reports to the designated project manager on progress and any issues with the assigned duties

Performance will be measured through the following indicators:
All assigned administration tasks in support of the designated Project, Ongoing, Operational, Strategic and Corporate Plan are completed in accordance with approved FEO policy and procedures within tight deadlines and of high-quality standard.

KEY DUTIES
The position will achieve its purpose through the following key duties. Working with relevant FEO staff, in accordance with legislative requirements and the operational timing of the General Election:
Contribute to the final proof of material for training of Election Officials;
Contribute to the Training Plan for the training of Election Officials;
Deliver training to Election Officials in accordance with the approved curricula and materials;
Assess and evaluate training delivered to Election Officials and provide reports back to Manager Learning & Development on results and progress.
Provide administrative support to the Election Officials Recruitment Officer as and when required;
Able to be deployed in the field to support polling workers in the polling stations during the General Elections.

Formal training as an Adult Trainer (Training of Trainers [TOT], Teacher Training Certificate, Workplace Trainer or equivalent) is required;

This position provides logistics support to meet corporate, strategic, operational needs of the Fijian Elections Office.
Provide logistic activities to ensure that human and physical resources are deployed throughout Fiji to meet operational needs.
Receives warehouse orders and pick up items and loads trucks for dispatch to various offices and locations
Packs and lifts items securely ensuring all safety procedures are followed and safety equipment appropriately used.
Liaise with procurement to receive, record and monitor all assets of the FEO;
Track the despatch and outside receipt of all assets;
Ensure that all deployed resources are returned in accordance with the operational plan and relevant policy and procedures, following the Election Operation.
Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards. Follow all safety procedures and wear required safety gear.
